Miss Rodeo Montana 2026, Bentley McCullough, is the 24-year-old daughter of Jack andLaurie McCullough of Geraldine, Montana. A graduate of Northeastern University with adegree in American Sign Language–English Interpreting, Bentley is dedicated topromotingaccessibility and inclusion within the rodeo community. Her Platform,“Keep Your BrandBurning,”encourages others to honor their roots, embrace their values, and pursue bolddreams with courage, grit, and purpose.Bentley finds joy in a wide variety of activities, from barrel racing and riding horses to skiingand kayaking, but her heart is most at home on the ranch. Alongside her younger sister, shehelps operate Two Sisters Ranch, continuing her family’s legacy built on faith, hard work,and western values.An accomplished artist, Bentley has even had one of her pieces displayed in the UnitedStates Capitol Building, a reminder that Montana roots can inspire achievements farbeyond the state lines.Bentley is proud to represent Montana’s western heritage and the spirit of ProfessionalRodeo Cowboys association. She sees the Miss Rodeo Montana role as more than a title;it’s an opportunity to inspire others, celebrate community, and share the values andtraditions that shaped her life with rodeofans across the state and nation.
Emilie is the 17-year-old daughter of David Torgerson and Nicole Barlow. She grew up in Red Lodge and she is proud to call the wide-open country of Montana her home. With the Beartooth Mountains behind her and a century-old Wyoming family ranch nearby, Emilie developed a deep love for the outdoors and horses. At eight years old, she discovered the love of her life-KitKat, a feisty bay mare. With her new companion came an interest in rodeo royalty. She went on to hold the title of Home of Champions Lil’ Miss and later the Miss Teen title. Beyond the crown, she grew her skills through 4-H, pursuing projects in horse, beef, chicken, and veterinary science and was thrilled to win the Grand Champion chicken buckle! After moving to Bozeman in 2020, Emilie became the first Miss Teen Bozeman Stampede in2024. Representing the Gallatin Valley and learning more about this vibrant rodeo community has been deeply rewarding. Now a junior at Bozeman High School, she spends much of her time playing the trombone in the wind ensemble and previously served as the low-brass section leader in the marching band. Music is one of her great passions-she sings in both the chamber and jazz choirs. With a heart for service and a strong sense of purpose, Emilie is already preparing for her future. After high school, she hopes to attend Washington State University to pursue a master’s degree in Traumatology and Orthopedic Surgery. When not in school, Emilie loves spending time with her dogs, Skye and Sage, and caring for her 27 chickens, including her 2 roosters, Cyrano and Romeo. In the summer, you can find her and her family on horseback in the backcountry, exploring Montana’s breath taking trails. Most recently, she has discovered a new passion for cutting and cow-horse. Emilie strives to embody leadership, integrity, and Montana spirit. She is honored to represent rodeo and the agricultural community. Grateful for the support of her family, friends, and mentors, she looks forward to continuing her journey as Miss Teen Rodeo Montana—celebrating the traditions that built the West and helping shape the future of the sport and culture she cherishes.
